Shipping policy
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All orders over $150 will receive free standard shipping through Auspost
Orders under $150, standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10
All orders sent Express post, are charged at $20 and shipped through Auspost Express
DELIVERY TIME
We aim to have all Australian orders packed and shipped within 24 hours of order being placed, excluding weekends. All weekend orders will be posted first thing Monday morning.
We use both Australia Post Express & Australia Post parcel (standard) depending on which option you choose.
Express is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas- Perth CBD only). Australia Post do allow for Express parcels to arrive within 1-3 business days in the event there are unforeseeable delays. Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 business days.
If you have not received your express items within 4 business days of placing your order, please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
We currently only ship orders to New Zealand.
We aim to have all international orders shipped the same day if placed before 10am (AEST). Orders made after 10am will be shipped the next working day.
DUTIES
Our shipping costs include known duties & taxes for your convenience.
DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time is from date shipped, not necessarily the date of the order. All orders are shipped the same day that are made before 12pm for Australia orders and 10am for all NZ & International orders Monday to Friday. Orders made after these times will be shipped the next working day.
DELIVERY & ORDER COST
The delivery cost is a flat rate per order. All charges are in Australian Dollars ($AUD). The currency conversion will provide an estimate to your local currency. The conversion provided estimates the charge in your local currency, however you will be charged in Australian Dollars ($AUD). This is a NO SIGNATURE delivery service.

You will be emailed a tracking number on dispatch.
