UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE INTERNATIONALLY. If you have a faulty product, please get in touch via email hello@courtsideco.com.au
THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO AUSTRALIA CUSTOMERS ONLY;
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY
We hope you love your Courtside items but we understand not everything goes to plan. If you would like to return your items, they must be received by us within 30 days from placing your order. Please following the instructions below;
STEP 1. Send an email to hello@courtside.com.au with a request for return with your order details included (full name, order number, items requested for return & reason for return). Wait for a reply email with your pre paid return slip.
STEP 2. Post your return items back to: Courtside c/o- PO Box 619 Tewantin QLD 4565. Please write your order number & full name on a piece of paper and place inside package so we can identify you and process your return asap.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS:

- Items bought with a discount code or during a promotion
- Items must not have and damage, signs or wear & tear, make-up, tan stains, pet hair or similar from wear or try-on
- Items must have all tags attached & untouched
- Items must not have been worn or damaged and must be in original packaging.
- Return parcels must have reference to order name or order number to allow us to identify the order.
- Courtside reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfume or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
PLEASE NOTE:
Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages. We strongly recommend you get a tracking number when returning an item.
